On Baltimore Location:
The contrast of neighborhoods in such a short distance from each other, like Highlandtown and Greenspring Valley/Brooklandville, is a distinct characteristic of Baltimore and one I have always been inspired by. Baltimore provides an incredibly rich landscape for storytelling and I found these two locations to be endless visual resources. I also spent a lot of time between these two worlds as a teenager and perhaps it is the film that finally bridges them together.
